Exchange Policy
Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns. We only provide product exchanges.
1. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
Be requested for exchange within 7 days of delivery
Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Final sale or clearance items
Underwear, socks, and other intimate items (for hygiene reasons)
3. How to Request an Exchange

with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement product.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return and reshipment costs.
